    We had the Airserve team out to provide a quote on replacing our 25+ year old ducted air con system. They must have been here for 40 minutes and they went over everything; checked the external unit,     … More spent a good amount of time in the roof checking the internal unit, ducting, dampers etc. They took the time to understand our needs, and talked through our options, very openly telling us what we didn't need and what parts of our system were still in good condition and didn't need replacing. We never once felt like there was ever an attempt to up-sell. It was all about what we need and what we value. The quote provided was itemised so we had the option to remove any bells and whistles that we didn't feel were necessary.
    We had a leading competitor out to provide a quote the following week. They spent 5 minutes in our home measuring, to work out what size unit we'd need. That's all they checked. The competitor's quote also came in more expensive but for a more basic system.
    We were very happy with Airserve. From quote to install, communication was good and service was fast. They planned the work across 2 weeks (1 day per week) as this is what our family's schedule required. We honestly couldn't be happier.
